Terms of Sale and Use

Who we are

These terms are the agreement between you and Fully Charged LLC. We are a Connecticut company at 304 Main Ave #206, Norwalk, CT 06851. They cover the digital guides and programs we sell on this site, such as a PDF training guide. By buying or downloading a product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy. We sell to buyers in the United States only.

What you are buying

You get the file or files described on the product's sales page. It is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews. We will not charge you again unless you place another order.

Price, payment and tax

The price is shown on the sales page, in US dollars, before you pay. Each product is a one-time price, plus sales tax where required. The total you will pay is shown before you confirm your order. Stripe processes your payment. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery and access

This is a digital product. We ship nothing. Right after you pay, you go to a download page for your file. We also send you an email with your download link, and Stripe emails you a receipt. Your download link works for 7 days. If it stops working, you can get a new link on our resend page at /store/resend, or by emailing bio3lectric@gmail.com. If you can't find your download, email us and we'll send a new link or fix the problem. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you (see Refunds).

License and personal use

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license. You may download it, save it, and print one copy for your own use. You may keep it on your own devices.

You may not sell, share, post, forward, copy or hand out the guide or any part of it. That includes friends, groups, websites and social media. You may not use it to coach or train other people for pay. Want to use it another way? Email bio3lectric@gmail.com first.

Refunds

This section applies to the downloadable guides, programs and PDFs sold on this site by Fully Charged LLC, 304 Main Ave #206, Norwalk, CT 06851. It doesn't cover free products.

14-day refund. If this guide isn't right for you, email bio3lectric@gmail.com within 14 days of buying. We'll refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method, with no fee and no reason needed. Your download access ends when we refund you.

Our policy. If you're not satisfied with a digital product you bought from us, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying. Count from the date on your receipt. You don't have to give a reason.

Always refundable, even after 14 days:

• a duplicate purchase
• a charge for the wrong amount
• a charge you didn't authorize
• a file that won't download or open, which we can't fix within 5 business days of you telling us

If we charged you the wrong amount, we refund the full charge, and then you can buy again at the listed price.

After 14 days, we don't give refunds, except in the always-refundable cases above.

How to ask. Email bio3lectric@gmail.com from the address you used to buy. Tell us the product name. You can also reply to your receipt email. We'll answer within 2 business days.

What you get back. The full amount you paid for that product. It is money back to your original payment method. It is not credit or store credit. We charge no fee for a refund. If you bought a bundle, we refund the whole bundle. If you ask for a refund more than 90 days after you bought, we refund the product price and any other part of your payment that the law lets us return.

How long it takes. We send approved refunds within 5 business days. After we send it, your bank or card company may take about 5 to 10 business days to show it. If it hasn't shown up after 10 business days, email us and we'll send you the refund reference.

What happens to your access. When we refund you, we turn off your download link and any online access that came with the product. Please delete files you saved, and don't share them. They are for your personal use only. If you want the product again later, you can buy it again at the price then listed.

Questions or problems. Email us first and we'll fix it. If you think a charge was unauthorized, you can also contact your bank.

Health and safety

Our guides are educational fitness information. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with your doctor or other clinician before you start. Stop if something hurts. You decide which exercises and weights are right for you. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Please also read our Medical Disclaimer. It is part of these terms.

Who owns what

The text, layout, images and branding of our guides belong to Fully Charged LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark. Buying a guide gives you a license to use your copy as described above. It does not give you any ownership.

Accuracy

We work to keep our guides accurate and clear. We can't promise they are free of mistakes, or that they will give you a particular result.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Connecticut or federal law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will update the date at the top. The terms in force when you bought a product are the ones that apply to that purchase. A later change won't take away a refund right you bought under.

Governing law

Connecticut law applies to these terms. If we can't sort out a problem by email, either of us may use the courts the law allows.
