This Privacy Policy explains how Fully Charged LLC ("Fully Charged," "we," "us"), a Connecticut limited liability company, collects, uses and shares your personal data. This page explains what Fully Charged LLC collects when you visit this site or buy a guide, and what we do with it. We keep what we need to sell and deliver your guide, and to help you if something goes wrong. We don't sell your personal information. We don't use it for ads.

What you give us

• When you buy, you enter your name, email address, payment card details and billing details on Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe processes your payment. We receive your name, email, billing country and what you bought, plus limited card details such as the card type and last four digits. We never see or store your full card number.
• The emails you send us for support.

We use your email address to send your order emails and to answer your support emails.

Payment

Stripe handles your card. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount and any tax charged, and an order reference. We never see or store your full card number.

Fraud checks

Stripe also collects information about your device and browser, such as your IP address, to spot fraud and keep payments safe. Stripe says it uses this for fraud prevention and security. Read Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Order records

We keep a record of your purchase: what you bought, the date, the price and tax, and any refund. We keep order and tax records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and we keep other records only as long as we need them for refunds and support.

Emails

Your receipt and your download email are order emails. They are not marketing. Stripe sends your receipt. We send your download email through Resend, from "Coach David M." at Fully Charged LLC.

At checkout there is an optional box to join our email list (MailerLite). It starts unticked, and we add you only if you tick it. You can also join by filling in one of our email signup forms. Each form says what emails you'll get. If you sign up for our free GLP-1 playbook, you also get news about Fully Charged guides and programs. We don't send marketing emails to anyone who hasn't opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our postal address: Fully Charged LLC, 304 Main Ave #206, Norwalk, CT 06851. If you unsubscribe, you will still get order emails about anything you buy.

Who sees your information

Only the services that help run the store: Stripe for payments, Resend for order emails, MailerLite for our email list, and Vercel, which hosts our website. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this site. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page doesn't send your information to a font provider. Our website platform loads one technical script on every page so the site can run; that provider may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when a page loads. If you sign up for our emails, MailerLite, our email provider, handles your signup and may use cookies to show the form, confirm your subscription and count opens and clicks. When you buy, checkout happens on Stripe's secure page, and Stripe's own privacy policy applies there. We don't sell your personal data or share it for targeted advertising.

Health information

You don't need to give us any health information to buy a guide. Please don't put any in your order or your support emails, unless you want help with it.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask for a copy in a format you can move to another service. Email bio3lectric@gmail.com from the address you used to buy. We may ask you to confirm who you are first. We'll reply within 45 days. We may have to keep some records, such as payment and tax records, because the law requires it.

If we say no to a request, we'll tell you why and how to appeal. Reply to our answer to appeal. We'll answer your appeal within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, we'll tell you how to contact the Connecticut Attorney General.

Children

Our guides are written for adults who are 18 or older. This site is not for anyone younger, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger. If you think a child has sent us information, email bio3lectric@gmail.com and we'll delete it.

Changes

We may update this page. If we make a big change, we will update the date at the top.
